Our items are custom made to order, and therefore are only returnable should they arrived damaged. Contact us to obtain a RMA number (Return Materials Authorization) within five days of receipt of your damaged shipment. The items will be promptly replaced at no additional cost to you. Please follow our return instructions that will be provided, and use the original packing material to return to the provided address. Returns made without an RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package may be rejected or delayed.
