Ordering Terms:

We have a small minimum order amount of just $150.00 excluding shipping and taxes.

Sales Tax Exemption

Customers located in North Carolina are subject to all applicable State and Local Sales Taxes unless we have an exemption certificate on file. You may print a blank form at , or use the ‘web fill’ feature at http://www.dornc.com/downloads/fillin/E595E_webfill.pdf . When complete you may mail or fax the form to us at the address below.

Retail Packaging – Save 15%

The prices stated on our web site include the cost of packaging and labeling for retail sale. You may elect to receive your order with no retail packaging, i.e., your items will be shipped with no individual boxes, shrink wrap, or labels. This option will reduce the cost of your total order by 15%. To make this election, you must enter coupon code NOPACK at checkout.

Payment Terms

We accept Mastercard and Visa for credit card payments. As an added convenience, we also accept payment via PayPal. Your order will be processed with no delay, your card will be charged and your order will be shipped.

If you elect to pay with a check or money order, your order will be delayed until such time as we are in receipt of your payment.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping under the following conditions:

Single Orders over $400.00 - USA 48 Contiguous States

Single Orders over $500.00 – USA AK and HI

Single Orders over $600.00 – Canada

Merchandise Returns

Our items are custom made to order, and therefore are only returnable should they arrived damaged. Contact us to obtain a RMA number (Return Materials Authorization) within five days of receipt of your damaged shipment. The items will be promptly replaced at no additional cost to you. Please follow our return instructions that will be provided, and use the original packing material to return to the address below. Returns made without an RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package may be rejected .

Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the World using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order.

International Shipping

You are responsible for all customs and excise taxes, VAT, and any other taxes that may be levied by your country. We also accept no responsibility for shipping delays due to problems in clearing your shipment through your local customs.
